Context
XP International was designed to present XP’s international financial offering in one cohesive digital experience.
The website helped users understand available solutions, such as: Global Investment Products, Foreign Exchange Services, the Global Account and Card, institutional information, and customer support.
A key part of the experience was reinforcing the XP app as the operational destination for activating accounts, managing cards, accessing investments, and completing transactions.
Objective
Create a clear web experience that presents XP’s international products and services, supports product discovery, and directs key actions to the XP app.
The website needed to support both product discovery and app adoption, making the app visible as the channel for activating, managing, and using XP’s international services.
Challenge
The challenge was to organize this broad offering while clearly presenting eligibility, costs, limits, activation requirements, and the actions that continue in the XP app.
Design Approach
I used a consistent page framework across the website, adapting content to each service while maintaining a clear connection to the XP app.
Pages combined a value proposition, product or service information, benefits or requirements, calls to action, app access points, and contextual support.
The experience covered five main areas: Home, Investment Products, Global Account and Card, Foreign Exchange, and Help Center.
